What happens if my data reappears?
The situation can be reassessed and a new action prepared when the data or organisation warrants it. You can still see the target, status, sending evidence and outcome in your account.
Which social networks can I scan with Always-on Protection?
Always-on Protection includes Facebook, YouTube, Reddit and X / Twitter scans. The analysis helps you identify content and activity to review first based on their risk level. You decide which actions to take.
Does Data Knight monitor the whole internet in real time?
No. No service can guarantee instant, exhaustive monitoring of the entire internet. Data Knight uses the sources covered by its scans, scheduled checks and fresh scans to show changes it can detect.
How can I check the actions taken?

What information is sent to the organisations you contact?
Only what is necessary to locate the data and handle the request concerned. Your full report and results unrelated to the targeted organisation are not sent to it.
Are future features included in the subscription?
New features added to Always-on Protection become available during your active subscription. The service evolves over time; features belonging to another plan are presented separately.
